Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using this website. By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or booking one of our packages, you ("you", "the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are

This website is owned and operated by Easy Travel Club, operating via host agency InteleTravel. Our registered/trading address is:

InteleTravel (UK), 1 Canada Square, Floor 37, London E14 5AA

Contact email: easytravelclub@outlook.com

We operate as an independent travel agent under the InteleTravel network. Our InteleTravel/IATA agent number is: UK44414626.

2. About This Website

This website works in two ways:

General enquiries: For most holidays, cruises, and travel arrangements, this website is for information only. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or a contract between you and us. Once you enquire, a member of our team will contact you with a quote, and the full booking terms and conditions — set by the relevant Supplier (airline, cruise line, tour operator, hotel, etc.) — will be sent to you separately before any booking is confirmed or payment is taken.

Featured packages: A small number of fixed travel planning packages (currently four) are available to book and pay for directly through this website. Section 4 below sets out the terms that apply specifically to these packages.

3. General Enquiries

Where you contact us to enquire about a holiday, cruise, or other travel arrangement not listed as a featured package, no booking is confirmed and no contract exists until: (a) you have received a written quote and the applicable Supplier's booking conditions, and (b) you have accepted those terms and any required payment or deposit has been received.

It is your responsibility to check all booking details (names as they appear on passports, dates, times, destinations) as soon as you receive confirmation from us, and to notify us immediately of any errors, as corrections made after booking may incur Supplier fees.

We act as an independent travel agent/advisor in arranging these bookings on your behalf. We are not the provider of the transportation, accommodation, cruise, tour, or other travel service itself, and we do not control, and accept no liability for, the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or failures of any Supplier. Any complaint or claim relating to the travel service itself should, in the first instance, be directed to the relevant Supplier in accordance with their own terms.

4. Travel Planning Packages — Payments and Booking

This section applies only to the travel planning packages offered for direct sale on this website (currently four packages).

Booking confirmation: A booking for one of these packages is confirmed once payment has been made through our website checkout and you have received written confirmation from us.

Payment methods: Payment is taken directly through our website checkout via Stripe.

Pricing: Prices shown are in GBP and include what is stated in the package description. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and paid.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to hold a valid passport (with the required minimum validity for your destination), any necessary visas, and to meet any health, vaccination, or entry requirements for your destination(s) and any transit points. We are happy to provide general guidance, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party requirements, which can change without notice.

You should independently verify requirements with the relevant embassy, consulate, or official government source before travel. We recommend checking the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) travel advice for your destination at gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice before booking and again before departure. We accept no liability for any loss, cost, or denied travel arising from your failure to hold valid travel documents or to meet entry requirements.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, covering at minimum: cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation, and personal belongings. Many risks — including Supplier insolvency, missed connections, medical emergencies, and trip cancellation — can only be recovered through appropriate insurance.

We accept no liability for losses that would have been covered by adequate travel insurance had it been purchased. Where you choose not to purchase travel insurance, we may ask you to confirm this decision in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any booking is limited to the value of the fee we personally charged you for our services (or, for a package booked directly on this website, the price paid for that package), and does not extend to the cost of underlying travel arrangements that are the responsibility of a Supplier.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or cancellation arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control ("force majeure"), including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, natural disaster, war, terrorism, civil unrest, industrial action, government action, pandemic or epidemic, or Supplier insolvency.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

8. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from this site without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use any automated system (including scraping tools or bots) to extract data from this website. This website is provided “as is”. While we take reasonable care to keep information (including package prices and availability) accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Complaints

If you have a complaint about our own service, please contact us in writing at easytravelclub@outlook.com and we will aim to respond within 5 working days. Complaints about the travel arrangements themselves (flights, hotels, cruises, etc.) should also be raised with the relevant Supplier directly, in accordance with their own complaints procedure.

10. General

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your enquiry or booking will apply.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with any booking confirmation and the relevant Supplier's own terms, form the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your booking.
